Charlie Sons with Kingdom On Point Inspections did an excellent job on our house inspection. He was very thorough and provided a detailed report as well as photos. He was very professional and knowledgeable and we would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Charile and his team did a great job for the home inspection prior to my purchase of the home. Super detailed report with pictures and detailed explanations for all issues they noted. Following the inspection they walked me through all the issues and explained their thoughts on each in even more detail. I’d definitely use them again in a heartbeat.

We had a great experience with Charlie! From start to finish he was professional, thorough, patient, and knowledgeable. He took the time to carefully inspect every part of the home and explained his findings in a way that was clear and easy to understand. … The inspection report was detailed, well-organized, and delivered promptly, making the entire process much less stressful. Highly recommend Charlie to anyone looking for a reliable, kind, honest, and thorough home inspector!

Charlie was amazing. He was very thorough and let us know what he believed were things we actually needed to worry about vs normal findings in an older home. The report was clear to understand and included images. When he couldn’t see clearly into our sewer he refunded our sewer scope and sent the money back promptly. He also gave us a discount for my husband’s service in the military. I’m glad I chose to go through this company, and I will choose them again in the future if need be.

We had to reschedule our new-build inspection at least three times, and Charlie was very accommodating every time. His flexibility made our home buying experience a little less stressful. Thanks to Charlie and his team for their great work!
