Septic Inspections in OKC: Conventional & Aerobic Systems
Many homes around Oklahoma City — from Newcastle to Lindsay and beyond — are on septic. A failed system can cost thousands, so it pays to know before you buy. We inspect both conventional gravity systems and aerobic systems.
For conventional gravity systems, we locate the system and visually check accessible components and the surrounding area for signs of failure, such as surfacing effluent, saturated soil, slow drainage, and odors. We do not dig up or open tanks.
For aerobic systems, we check the functionality of the system. You get a clear same-day report with our findings.
