A pool is a great feature, and an expensive one to repair. Our pool and spa inspection checks the visible condition and operation of the pool, its equipment and safety features, so you know what you're buying.

We look at surfaces, coping, and decking, run the pump and filtration equipment, check heaters and controls, and look at electrical safety items like bonding and GFCI protection where visible. Safety barriers, gates, and covers are noted too. Leak testing is not part of our pool inspection.
